For reviewing or to change your seat after booking you need to go on to manage trip and fill in the details regarding your flight as follows

enter your last name and
flight confirmation code which you can see in your confirmation mail on top right corner (6 digit code)
Now click on search and follow the instructions to select your seat
And during booking also you can directly reserve your seat in the check in column.

You can upgrade your seat in frontier airlines but it is available for round trips only. Please note these changes cannot be further refunded or adjusted.
